Overview
All products from Untainted Tastes are freshly handmade to order. As they are perishable food items, we are unable to accept returns under any circumstances.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued in the following situations:
- An incorrect item has been dispatched (different to what was ordered).
- The order has not been fulfilled by us.
We do not provide refunds, replacements, or credit for:
- Damage caused during transit by third-party couriers (e.g. Royal Mail).
- Failure to follow storage or handling instructions once goods are received.
- Orders not collected within the agreed timeframe.
- If you simply do not like a flavour/our items, this does not constitute a refund as taste is subjective to each individual
- Any issues with incorrect addresses given to us
Cakes & Cupcakes (collection orders)
Once collected, responsibility for the cake(s) passes to you. We provide clear care and storage instructions; we cannot accept liability for damage once items have left our premises.
Timeframe for Notification
If there is an issue with your order, you must notify us by email at abygailk_s@untaintedtastes.co.uk within 24 hours of receipt with full details, photographs and video. Claims made outside this timeframe cannot be considered. You will be required to return your original parcel to us.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
